Ideas Are Not
the Problem.

Most companies generate plenty of ideas. The gap is between having them and doing something with them. Falogino bridges that gap with practical, low-cost methods your team can use straight away.

Four Principles That
Shape Everything We Do

Clarity Over Volume

Having fifty ideas in a backlog is not progress. We help teams develop a clear-eyed method for deciding which ideas deserve attention and which can wait or be discarded without guilt.

Action Before Perfection

Waiting for the perfect plan is a reliable way to never start. The programme builds a habit of small, fast experiments that produce real learning at minimal cost.

Internal Capability First

Bringing in outside consultants for every decision is expensive and creates dependency. We work to build the skills and confidence within your existing team so momentum does not disappear when we leave.

Evidence Over Assumption

Opinions about what customers want are everywhere. Actual evidence is rarer. We teach lightweight testing methods that replace guesswork with something more useful.

We Work With the Ideas You Already Have

Falogino was built around a straightforward observation. Most organisations do not struggle to generate ideas. They struggle to move them forward. The reasons vary: competing priorities, fear of failure, unclear ownership, or simply not knowing where to begin. Our programme addresses each of these directly.

We are based in London and work with companies across the UK. Our approach draws on lean innovation thinking, structured prioritisation frameworks, and rapid prototyping techniques that do not require specialist software or large teams.

From Idea to Evidence
in Four Stages

01

Surface and Sort

We start by helping your team surface ideas that already exist — in documents, emails, meeting notes, and people's heads. Then we apply a simple prioritisation method to group them by potential impact and effort required. Nothing is dismissed without reason.

02

Define the Question

Before prototyping anything, it helps to know what question you are actually trying to answer. This stage focuses on identifying the core assumption behind each idea. What has to be true for this to work? That question guides everything that follows.

03

Build the Lightest Version

A prototype does not need to be a finished product. It just needs to be enough to generate a reaction. We teach teams to build the smallest possible version of an idea that can be shown to real people — often within a single week.

04

Test and Learn

Running a test is not the same as running a survey. We cover methods for structured observation, feedback gathering, and interpreting results honestly. The output of this stage is not a decision — it is better information for making one.

Building an Innovation Habit

The final module focuses on making these practices stick. We look at how to integrate idea testing into regular team rhythms without creating extra overhead or disrupting existing workflows.
